The Project

Westview Cemetery, one of Colquitt County's oldest burial plots, needs major improvements. In 2005, citizens concerned about the deterioration and security of the cemetery volunteered to help with preservation of this landmark.

Morning Glory Garden Club and the City of Moultrie will direct the community-wide project. Available resources from the city, county and state are being explored. In-kind services will be provided by the Engineering Department of the City of Moultrie.
