New & Temporary Services

Social Security Card plus one of the following:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Birth Certificate
  • U.S. Government issued I.D. (military, etc.)
  • Passport, or another valid form of photo I.D.

Home Owners:

Must bring proof of ownership and two forms of identification.

Renters:

Must bring a current rent receipt or lease agreement showing name to be on the utility account, address, and signature of the homeowner.

Transfer:

Same as above, plus at least one form of Valid I.D. Must pay current utility bill at the time of transfer.

Deposit:

Based on specific service(s) provided at the location.

**Deposits may be waived if a letter showing good payment history is obtained, for the past twelve months from the previous utility provider. The deposit in the case of a bad payment history will double. After 12 consecutive months of good payment history, deposits may be applied to utility account.

  • $25.00 Administrative Fee on all new service.
  • $10.00 Administrative Fee on all transferred services.
  • Same day connects before 12:00 p.m. only.
