Position:

Office Coordinator for the Moultrie Colquitt County Humane Society

Salary:

$10/hr

General Nature of Work:

This team member will be the first person to meet and greet a customer entering the MCCHS lobby.  This person will be essential to a positive customer service experience. This person must be able to correctly answer questions and be knowledgeable of the adoption process and overall shelter operations. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers and provide a positive customer service experience
• Answer telephone calls with a standard, approved script
• Schedule adoption appointments
• Update customer and animal records using computer software and/or database
• Process all adoption paperwork and collect fees
• Assist Kennel Manager in providing medicine to animals when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and related rooms
• Assist with customer donations of food, cat litter, etc. at curbside whenever possible
• Update MCCHS social media
• Must be able to bend, squat and lift from ground-level at least 30 pounds
