SUMMARY:Beach Camp! Reed Bingham State Park
DESCRIPTION:Beach Camp!\n Saturdays: 2nd\, 16th and 30th\, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM\n $25 plus $5 parking\n Beach Camp is an activity for all ages. It’s summer and we’re going to spend the whole morning on the water!\n 1st activity – Introduction to paddling: Participants will learn the main strokes and maneuvers\, kayak and paddles nomenclature\, how to get in and out of a kayak. We will also discuss safety and what to take with you while kayaking.\n 2nd activity – Little River Paddle Tour: Let’s paddle slowly and explore the river and lake\, and take this opportunity to learn more about the park and the great outdoors!\n 3rd activity – Let’s go swimming in the only allowed place in the Park\, on the beach!\n Any participants under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. To participate in this program is necessary to know how to swim. Water shoes are advised. Subject to cancellation in case of bad weather.\n Register at the Visitor Center.\n Visit or call the park for questions. 229-896-3551
