MPD August Officer of the Month

Congratulations Officer Eric Nix for earning MPD Officer of the Month for August. Nix is a Moultrie native and graduated from Colquitt County High School in 2003. Lt. Michael Cox was very complimentary of Officer Nix. “We were notified by citizens complementing Nix on his good deeds outside of his regular policing duties,” Cox said. Officer Nix graduated from the police academy on June 21 of this year. “I love everything about my job,” commented Nix.
