Municipal Court

Moultrie Municipal Court hears misdemeanor cases as well as city ordinance and traffic violations. Court is held twice a month in the evenings at 5:30 pm to assist people who may work during the day.

Municipal Court Judge David Herndon presides over the Municipal Court cases. Donna Wilson is the Court Administrator/Clerk and can assist you with any questions you may have in reference to citations and or municipal court offenses. Our office is open Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, except on court days when we close at 3:00 PM.
