Fire Marshall’s Office

This division contains personnel for building plan review, fire code inspection, investigation, and fire safety education. It plays an integral role in the construction of new buildings and ensuring those structures are built to meet current fire codes.

Property Maintenance

This office oversees existing residential and nonresidential structures to maintain minimum building standards.

Investigation Office

This office investigates any fire that is suspicious in nature, unlawfully set, burning without permit cases and any fire which the immediate cause cannot be determined.

Plan Review and Inspection Fees

These are the service fees for the 2020-2021 fiscal year.

• Fire Reports: $5
• Hydrant Flow Test for sprinkler flow calculations $75
• 3rd and subsequent Re-inspection fee: $45
• Commercial and or Residential Plan Review: $0
• Sprinkler Plan Review: $100
• Fire Alarm Plan Review: $100
• Commercial Hood and or Suppression Plan Review: $100
• Firework Temporary Stand Inspection: $500
