Potential Starting Salary Range:

$29,120   Based on Qualification and Experience

General Nature of Work:

Operates a knuckleboom loader, as well as uses hand tools in the collection of yard waste.  Composes lists of yard waste piles requiring special action, such as mixed piles and excessive volume.  Corresponds with the Solid Waste Supervisor to turn in all lists and to keep him apprised of any areas of the yard waste stream needing attention.  Fills in knuckleboom collection holes.  Performs routine maintenance on equipment.  Performs other duties as required.

Training and Experience:

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.  Must have experience in the operation and scheduled maintenance of heavy equipment associated with yard waste collection.  Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
