Our office organizes the following community events each year. For more information, contact 229-890-5455.

Second Saturday:

Downtown Moultrie’s next Second Saturday will be held on July 10th. Make sure you come out to enjoy our local restaurants, special sidewalk sales, and of course, food trucks. This month we will be starting something new, the Homegrown Handmade Market. Artisans will set up in the breezeway to sell handmade and homegrown items!

Nighttime concerts will start up on August 14th. Make sure you head to downtown Moultrie where store owners will stay open late and starting at 5 PM; if you are 21-years-old or older, you can get an event armband and cup from participating restaurants. Armbands and cups allow people to sip and stroll outside with beer and wine. Then, at 7:30 PM, a band will take the stage and perform until 9:30 PM.

Downtown Moultrie’s Spring Fling and Backyard BBQ Festival is truly a sight to see. Vendors fill the streets showing off and selling crafts they made. There are tons of food to snack on, and the smell of BBQ fills the air as people compete to see who has the best BBQ. With a kick-off concert, Friday night, and activities from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm the next day, you will not want to miss out on all of the entertainment and activities!
