Manages the operational functions of the Moultrie Police Department. Oversees all Field Operations Divisions.
Captain Steve Exum
The patrol division is primarily comprised of uniformed patrol officers. These officers routinely respond to calls for assistance and traffic enforcement throughout the city limits of Moultrie.

The criminal investigations division is comprised of investigators. The criminal investigation division handles the investigations of crimes relating to persons, property, and or drugs.
Lieutenant David Corona
The Special Operations Division is comprised of investigators who investigate crimes committed by criminal street gangs and also narcotics investigations. Special Operations is also comprised of two patrol officers, one as a K9 handler, and the other as a traffic unit.
Captain Steve Exum
The administration division maintains all certification files for agency state certification through the Georgia Chief’s Association. This division is also responsible for training, property, and evidence.
