Labor Day is kick-off day for John Benning Chapter’s annual Wreaths Across America project, a national endeavor to place wreaths on the graves of veterans across the county. This is the seventh year John Benning Chapter has sponsored this project.
Every $17 wreath sponsorship honors an American hero. Wreaths can be placed on any veteran’s grave. Contact any DAR member or MoultrieDAR@gmail.com to sponsor a wreath or for more information. Deadline for sponsorships is Veterans Day, November 11.
