MPD accepting donations for Backpack Giveaway

The Moultrie Police Department is at Wal-Mart accepting monetary donations and school supplies to give back to the community during their Backpack Giveaway. Police officers and police vehicles will be parked at Wal-Mart this Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, July 17 – 19, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Wal-Mart is located at 641 Veterans Pkwy S.

The MPD annual Backpack Giveaway is scheduled for Friday, July 26, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm while supplies last.
