Westview Cemetery is the final resting place for many promenade Colquitt County men and women. Several unique headstones can be found within its gates, including a carving of a woman holding a baby, a rocking horse, an apple, and one headstone even has a car carved into the back of it! The interesting and sometimes tragic lives of the owners are preserved in a video from the Morning Glory Club. Including Richard King, a man who was ‘missing in action’ for more than 60 years before his body was discovered and returned home.
